Returns

Please note that all items are vintage or pre-loved and they may show small signs of wear, any flaws will be mentioned in the description. We recommend that you check all info about sizing, measurements and condition before placing an order.

Due to each item being vintage and one of a kind on our store we do not accept returns, unless faulty or damaged. 

Please contact us via email @ellavintage_   within 7 days of receiving your order. 

• items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving the item
• returns must be sent in their original conditions (unused, unworn,with tags still attached)
• the original postage cost of the order cannot be refunded
• we cannot accept returns for items returned after the valid period of 14 working days or items not in the conditions they were received in
• once we've received your return, you'll receive a credit note to use accross the store
